klivia
Proof

No client logos. No invented quotes.

Klivia is new to AI work. Most sites at this stage fill the gap with stock photography and testimonials from people who do not exist, which is a strange way to start a business built on being straight with people.

So here is the real version of what there is to go on.

Case study one
Running now

This website is the first client

Every tool in the catalogue gets built for Klivia before it is offered to anyone. Not as a demo, as the thing that actually runs the business.

The assistant is live

The chat button in the corner of this page is the product being sold. It answers from a knowledge base about Klivia, it says when it does not know, and it can take your details if you would rather be called back.

Try to catch it out. That is a fair test and it is the same one I would run on your behalf.

The booking system is live

Accounts, real availability, timezone handling, payment, calendar invites, reschedules and cancellations. Built here, running here. When you book a call you are using it.

The sales pipeline is live

Every lead this site captures becomes a contact and a deal in the same CRM offered as a service. Scoring, summaries, and follow-up drafts run on Klivia's own numbers, not a demo dataset.

The blog writes and scores itself

Six agents plan, research, write, edit, score, and optimize every post here, in English, Swedish, or Persian, then adapt it into LinkedIn, carousel, and Reels drafts. Nothing publishes below the quality bar, and nothing posts to social media on its own.

It is also on Telegram

The same assistant, same knowledge, different channel. That is the point of building it properly: one brain, several places to reach it.

A live score, not a claim

96.9/100, averaged over the last 10 real replies judged in the past 30 days on faithfulness, relevance, brand voice, and task success. This updates automatically as the assistant keeps talking to real visitors, not a one-time test run for this page.

Background

The business half is not new

The AI work is recent. The judgement underneath it is not, and that is the half that decides whether a tool is worth building at all.

Two Master's degrees

Knowledge-Based Entrepreneurship at the University of Gothenburg, and Economics.

Business Region Göteborg

Supporting international startups building businesses in Sweden.

Years of business analysis

Working out where the money actually goes, before anyone proposes a fix.

Three languages

English, Swedish, and Persian, which matters more than it sounds if your customers are not all Swedish.

What you will not find here

The things this site deliberately does not say

  • Testimonials from people who do not exist
  • A client count that cannot be checked
  • Percentages with no source
  • A promise that AI will transform your business
  • A launch date for something not yet built

When there are real clients and real numbers, they will appear on this page with names attached and permission given.

Test it yourself

Ask the assistant something difficult, then book the free call and ask me the same question. Comparing the two is a reasonable way to decide.
